Each is marked Syracuse China, USA with JJ-12 (meaning production year of 1955) underneath.

Pattern unknown but can be described as with scalloped edges, restaurantware, black wavy lines with gold or mustard colored dashes on a white background. In very good condition with very little utensil marks.
