Tribute is a sort of two-for-one documentary, looking at the life and art of both Guthrie and Leadbelly.

It is 78 minutes long (side two is in CAV), 1989, extended play, digital sound, 014381633269. "Can only give an overview of each singer's life, but at least one gets a taste of the biography and the artistic accomplishments of both musicians. The picture has no flaws to speak of. Many contemporary performers are shown playing Guthrie's or Leadbelly's songs, in a stereo that has the fullness one longs for on Bound for Glory. The disc ends with a composite performance of "This Land Is Your Land."
This is a LASERDISC, not a DVD. Priced inexpensively because I have not played it, although had one previous owner who played all of the laserdiscs I've listed in the way it should be: gingerly.
