This vintage shell Cameo pendant measures 1 inch tall by 7/8 inch wide. The Cameo is surrounded by a golden oval and set in yellow an abstract gold tone (may be unmarked gold) shape. The shape around the Cameo reminds me of a musical triangle. I don't know how old this is, but is in very good condition.
