I prefer Google Checkout if you are not remitting by mail. Also, PayPal as a distant option due to their recent change in service. Kindly write if PayPal credit/debit card is your preference and I'll PayPal invoice.
Shipping costs for any item over one pound has been calculated based on a US destination furthest from my home. Your cost likely will be lower: you may ask about shipping prior to purchasing. The rate to ship a 2 lb package to my state on the East coast will not be the same as sending this package to Washington State, for instance.
