I accept Google Wallet and PayPal if paying online. If payment is remitted by mail, your invoice will show my mailing address.
Shipping costs for any item over one pound has been calculated based on a US destination furthest from my home. Your cost likely will be lower: you may ask about shipping prior to purchasing. The rate to ship a 2 lb package to my state on the East coast will not be the same as sending this package to Washington State, for instance.
