Wonderful collectible from the now closed Frontier Town in New York. The stein is in the classical shape with a tree branch~looking handle. A quaint church with Frontier Town, NY on the front and the back shows the rolling mountains, green grass and trees.
Frontier Town was open from 1951-1998. Designed originally to be an 18th century pioneer village, with candle dipping, a blacksmith shop, and other "sleep inducers". Frontier Town worked into the mix some 19th century wild west gunfights, stagecoach rides, and an Indian village.
Circa/Year: 1957 or before (tag on bottom)
Measurements: 5 1/4 inches tall x 5 inches wide (including handle) x 2 3/4 inch top diameter and a base diameter of 3 1/2 inches.
Label: Nov Co, Japan.
Condition: Tight old hairline, approx. 2 inch long. Crazing, but the picture is bright and shiny and item is in very nice overall condition.
